You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.
2. Data & Analytics
To provide a personalized experience, we will track basic, non-personally identifiable activity within the launcher, such as which integrated apps you use most frequently. This data is used solely to improve your experience (e.g., by showing your most-used apps first) and for overall system analytics (e.g., counting total users). We will never track activity outside of the CrestConnect Launcher or sell your data.
3. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
